A doctor-led team
Specialist doctors lead your care. The team includes an endocrinologist, a psychiatrist, women's health consultants and an exercise physiotherapist. Dr. Narendra Rathi and Dr. Pravin Kalvit founded and lead the clinic.

Every programme follows the same steps: a health assessment, analysis and reporting, a personalised plan, continuous care and re-testing to check that each change is working.

- Who is HealthSpanMD for?
- Our programmes are designed mainly for adults who have gained weight, whose waist is growing or whose blood sugars are rising. Doctors lead every plan.
- How much do the programmes cost?
- The Metabolic Health & Medical Longevity Assessment costs ₹10,000 (one-time). The Metabolic Reset Program (3 months) costs ₹25,000. The Comprehensive Longevity and Disease Risk Reduction Program costs ₹2,00,000 a year.
- Which tests are done in the clinic?
- Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and the home sleep study are arranged by our clinic and worn at home. DEXA, whole-body MRI, CT calcium score, liver and carotid ultrasound and blood tests are done at a partner centre.
