These terms apply when you use thehealthspanmd.com or book and pay for a HealthSpanMD programme ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or paying, you agree to these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy.

HealthSpanMD is a doctor-led metabolic health and medical longevity practice in Mumbai. Our programmes include health assessments, diagnostic tests, a personalised plan and follow-up consultations, some of which may take place online.

Our care is meant to work alongside your regular doctor, not replace them. We do not provide emergency care. In a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

Every person's health is different, and we cannot guarantee any specific result, such as weight loss or changes in test values. The articles and other content on this website are for general information only and are not a substitute for a consultation with a doctor.

Our programmes are for adults aged 18 and over. You agree to give us accurate and complete information, including your medical history, as this directly affects the safety and quality of your care.

Programme fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) at the price shown when you book. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is successful. We will then contact you to schedule your assessment.

You can cancel any programme for a full refund within 3 working days of payment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

All text, images, videos and other content on this website belong to HealthSpanMD and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, HealthSpanMD is not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the fee you paid for that programme.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version, and the terms in place when you pay apply to that booking.
